T-A NET Control

RecogInk is providing a new system that will allow companies to collect Time Attendance information about their employees and have it sent directly to a central server via internet or intranet.

Wheather you have 1, 10 or more different locations where you need to keep track of the employees coming in and out, our system will make sure it will capture all and send it to a central server where the customer can consult all data captured and connect it to a payroll system, so that all data becomes automatized. Our unique expertise in database management allows us to customize the data format as requested (in SQL Server, Mysql, and even in CSV files).

Collecting employee name, surname and id with time and hour when coming in and out is a sure thing with T-A NET Control. Setting shifts and users is very easy and straight forward. Every user can be logged in with one fingerprint or all the hand fingerprints. The registration process is very fast and takes about 3 minutes per person. The T-A RecogInk device captures the fingerprint 3 times.

On the web administrators can look at all the time logs of the users, with automatic total calculations and possibility to export the data in excel sheet. RecogInk also provides an automatic exporter of data in the format requested. The automatic exporter is located a the server level. At web level the device, shift, employee and synchronization are all manageable with different levels of rights that can be set freely by the user.

The device T-A NET Control can be connected to the central server via GPRS network with a sim card (orange, airtel, safaricom or yu), via LAN or even via ADSL. On the front the device has a camera where the photo of employees can be taken at any moment and be confronted with the database of the employees that has been saved when registering the employees. The photo can be stored locally on the SD card and then be transferred to the central server when requested. Optionally the device can be connected to a Door, Gate or Alarm system, so that it registers ins and outs at focal points. With a simple browser you will then be able to have control of all your staff.

The system can contain up to 7000 registered staff members dislocated within several T-A NET Control devices, so that also people who go from one location to the other only need to be registered once and its registration will automatically be propagated to all the other devices.

We offer in house installation within the servers of the customers or we can also provide complete hosted systems that can be accessed via internet from anywhere in the world.
