INSURCAPTURE on ANDROIDâ„¢

InsurCAPTURE is a new system to help the agent to facilitate his duty of collecting data in the way the Insurance company wants it. We at Recogink Africa ltd have been studying this market and came up with something totally new that would really tackle the issues of organizing the process of the policies capturing data, which is at the heart of the Insurance business.
Without correct data coming into the company, many mistakes and flaws can lower dramatically the revenue of the Insurance company. We will convert those current issues in tasks. Our purpose is to minimize as much as possible the time from when a document is transmitted to the time it is in the system.

THE PROCESS with INSURSCAN and INSURTEL

Here is an explanation of the process we would put in place replacing a very time consuming and ineffective way of taking data.

1. The agent fills in the policy form with the customer.

2 and 3. When finished or whenever the agent needs to, a scan of the policies is made with the android phone via the camera. No need to have a separate device for scanning.

Agent inserts via the MOBILE some vital information about the policy in order to give a receipt to the customer. The information collected would be:

- policy number

- customer name and surname

- amount to be paid for the policy

- other names of people to be insured

- other information as requested by the insurance company

4. The agent prints (4b) a receipt for the customer with INSURPRINT (with the information taken, the agent ID, the data and hour) attaches the INSURSCAN to the INSURTEL and

5. all together the data is sent via GPRS/3G to the SERVER via internet.

6. The data is processed on the server and put on the respective databases (Mysql, SQL Server, Oracle). The data collected on the POS is stored on specific tables.

INSURTEL

insurtelThe INSURTEL is an ANDROID PHONE (like the popular HUWEI IDEOS) especially developed with an app for the insurance companies. The purpose is to automate as much as possible the process of insuring people and having policies sent to the central agency for verification and processing of them.

It can be customized as requested. It can connect to a bluetooth portable (INSURPRINT) thermal printer, and for gprs/3G transmission.

 

INSURAPP for the CUSTOMER

A special APP can be made for the customers of the insurance having an APP on the market that allows you to have direct contact with your customer. The customer would install the APP on his android Phone and receive from the insurance company the code to activate his account on his phone. This will allow him to have all the information of the insurance company, know who is agent is, if he wants a new policy to be able to request it online from his phone. The app would have the name of the insurance company and would give great visibility to the public.

 
INSURPRINT

With insurprint you are able to print receipts directly from your phone.

The insurprint works with bluetooth and has a battery life of 200 printed receipts.

Customization of the receipts can be done as requested.

Thanks to the thermal technology it can print for up to 50 km of paper.
