On RecogInk setting the Printer is vital to have a good result on RecogInk recognition because some millimetres of difference could mean displacing the entire recognition. Follow this phase carefully that can also be predefined if you want in the Control Panel by changing the default settings of your Printer. Though you need to set correctly Internet Explorer at least once as indicated here below otherwise you will not be able to print correctly. To correctly set the Printer you have to in Internet Explorer into View -> Customize as you can see in this image. In Firefox you need to go into File -> Page Set-up:  Once done be sure that Print and Print Preview are included in the current toolbar buttons as you can see in the image:
 When you click on the Print icon  in the different modules of RecogInk this page will appear: Click on Page setup as you can see in the image here above with the red arrow.
Set the page as you see in the image here below. A5 if you have A5 forms, A4 if A4 forms and Letter Size if Letter Size forms. Notice that you have to unset all the parameters of the Header and Footer otherwise you will have undesired text from Internet Explorer in your forms when printing. Normally margins are set to 5 millimeters (5 millimeters = to 0.197 inches). If you set the margins differently for the templates change the parameters. Click on OK and print.
