RecogInk is compatible with Internet Explorer 6/7, or FireFox 3 or higher. RecogInk doesn’t provide any assistance if below these requirements.

• RecogInk needs the plug-in JVM v.1.5 or higher when usng the UpLoader. The plug-in can be found at the Sun website: http://java.sun.com/
  
• Users need  Firefox in order to run the application (FireFox runs on Windows, Mac and Linux).

• The initial login details for  the user is sent via email to the user after registration.

• In order to print correctly the forms please do the following. Put the margins of your browser set to 5mm to all sides (top, bottom, right, left). Eliminate any pre-existing characters at the Top and bottom lines into File -> Set Page.

• For how to use the WallTop Cyberpad see the Adesso instructions in the package. You can also use WallTop bundled software if you want (there is no incompatibility with RecogInk).

• If you delete files manually from WallTop memory or via WallTop software it is under your responsibility.

• For how to use the LaPazz Digitizer see the instructions in the package. You can also use the LaPazz bundled software if you want (there is no incompatibility with RecogInk).

• If you delete files manually from Technote Digitizer memory or via Technote software it is under your responsibility.

• For how to use the Epos Pen see the instructions in the package. You can also use the Epos bundled software if you want (there is no incompatibility with RecogInk).

• If you delete files manually from Epos Pen memory or via Epos software it is under your responsibility.
