Pharma sales representatives usually collect orders on paper based sales forms. Either themselves or another resource manually enter the data to the system.

How RecogInk intervenes and saves your time?

The original sales form is redesigned with RecogInk software, and printed normally. Sales representatives will keep taking orders on papers like they are used to.

The representative will be able then to transfer the data collected on the paper based e-Pad via an internet connected pc to RecogInk servers where it will be recognised and organised.

RecogInk recognises the type of forms used and its data organising the new information in few seconds, saving data entry costs in terms of time and resources.

The administrator can view and search through the collected data in both image and recognised format.

The orders collected and recognised can be immediately used for:

  • dispatch to administration department for invoicing purposes
  • dispatch to warehouse for shipping purposes
  • dispatch to website
