In order to Print the Form you opened or created just click File -> Print or click the Button. Read carefully the Setting Margins part before printing.

If the form is made of more pages a pop-up will appear with written: "All pages only current page if no…". You can choose whether to print all of the pages at once or only one page (the one you are currently viewing).
