By clicking the move or modify button and selecting a field that has been designed on the template you will be allowed to drag and drop it in another place. By only clicking once on a field you will see a red square on the right bottom side of the field as you can see on the image:
If you drag this red square with the mouse you will see that you can resize the field to the extension you want on whatever direction you want.
There is also a group moving function. To see how it works just select the move or modify button and on the template try to catch 2 or more fields by leaving the mouse button pressed and surrounding these fields like in the image:



This will allow you to select the surrounding area and drag it to another place.
