Number of Pages: The form can be of one or more pages. You can add as many pages as you want. Click on the Right arrow to create a new page into the Form. A pop-up window will appear with this message:
Do you want to add a new blank page to this form?












Click Yes to add a Page (the number of pages will increase and it will appear on the top right side ).
To go back one page click the left arrow . To delete a page go with the arrow till you have found the page you want to delete and click on the Delete Page Icon .
