There are many field options that permit you to customize the entire content of your form. It is very important to assign the right attributes to every field to have a clearly recognized form and so it will be structured in the repository in an organized way.
The types of Fields are: Notes, Combo-box, Check-box, Check-Wizard, Image, Label, Insert Picture, Insert Symbol.

The Input type fields where the data-entry user normally inserts actively handwritten data: Notes, Combo-box, Check-Box, TextBox, Check-Wizard, Image.
