The Administrator can define several options related to the global settings as you can see in the image below:



He can define and choose:
- the predefined language
- the initial logo in the Main Page
- the password setting for Administrator

In case you want to have all your content rasterized you can choose between 3 different formats: JPG, TIF or PNG.
These settings will be valid for all the users as soon as you choose the type of rasterisation.
This feature is useful when you have to record the images of every form or integrate the form images and the recognition text into another system.

As an Administrator you can log in into the Main Page and test all the settings you made in the Admin page in order to see if they are correctly set before giving to the users the features they are allowed to have.
To add a new user click on New.
To remove a user select it in the Manage Users table and click the Remove button.
To modify the password click on the password icon.
To modify the user rights click on Edit. As you can see from the picture below you can set the various settings regarding users and their rights on modules and level of document access (all, group and user) and the edibility.



As an Administrator you will also be able to upload forms that are created from other users in other systems. In order to activate this form click on Import new Forms[****]. The FormLoader Module will appear.
