Phase 2  the e-Pad collects the handwritten data and transfer to pc

The user places the printed paper forms on the e-pad and fill them in.
The operativity of the data collector/user is almost unaffected by the new device.
Time and costs dedicated to the trasfer and the treatment of the data are saved

The use of an e-Pad does not require any special training:

    * the form is placed on the e-Pad
    * the fields of the form are filled in with handwriting

When the collection is over, the e-Pad is plugged with a standard usb cable to a pc that uploads the data collected to RecogInk server.
